Enrollment
Before a child can be enrolled in our center, the parent or guardian must tour the center and submit the required forms. Upon enrollment a $50.00 registration fee per child is required. A medical examination by your physician, immunization record, birth certificate information and all other forms must be completed. It is the parents' responsibility to provide the center with current emergency phone numbers and other contacts and permissions to update these records at least annually.
Admission
We will accept ages 2 months to 12 years on a first come basis with following preferences: Students with Low to Middle Income status--51% capacity, and public at large 49% capacity. Any quotas not met by 30 days prior to the beginning of each semester give opportunities for "at large" public enrollment to expand.
We admit students of any race, color, national or ethnic origin with no discrimination in our educational, program or admission policies.

Note: We make arrangements to accept subsidized funding or scholarships from private or public organizations.

All fees are due in advance the first of each month. We will work with organizations providing childcare subsidy if arrangements are made in advance. Holidays and absences are covered in fees. Refunds will not be given. If we determine that you are not conscientious in paying fees, we will proceed with collection options including wage garnishment.
Hours and Days of Operation
Our regular hours of operation will be Monday - Friday from 7:30am until 5:30pm. If there is a need for extended hours we consider adjusting these hours if there are sufficient numbers to warrant having at least two staff on site.
Since we are the lab site for the WCC Early Childhood Development Program, we will follow the college closings for holidays and inclement weather. When the state adds additional holiday time, we will be closed also (such as 1/2 day on the Wed. before Thanksgiving and December 21 for Christmas closing.
